Flatbed Driver Pay and Benefits Package

Regional/ OTR

Expected Weekly Pay $1,000 – $1,400 per week

• Orientation and training pay @$200.00 per day. Up to 10 days based on experience
• Regional/OTR Flat/step deck
• $ .56/mile per mile
• $50 paid tarping
• $25 a stop for an additional stops excluding origin and final destination stops
• Paid on dispatched practical miles as per customer rate contracts (miles will vary slightly from odometer)
• Flat rates for low mileage loads

• $20.00 per hour after 1-hour detention with Valid and signed BOL with time in/time out. Driver must be on time to delivery to be eligible. Also, Driver must notify dispatch at the 1 hour mark to be eligible.
• 6 paid holidays after 90 days: $200 per day
  • New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
• 5 paid PTO days after one (1) year
  • $200 per day
• 10 paid PTO days after two (2) years
  • $200 per day
• Longevity Bonus: on each anniversary of continued service with Hribar Transport you will receive the following:
  • 1 year = $200
  • 2 year = $400
  • 3 years = $600
  • 5 + years = $1,000
  • 10 + years = $2,000
• Safety and performance bonus ($125/month) eligible 1^st of month following your training period. Bonuses are paid out by March 15th following the end of each year. Safety includes but not limited to CSA scores, PPE Use, Accidents (no matter how small), logs, and traffic & equipment violations.  Performance includes but not limited to: Adherence to company and customer policies, Customer service, time management, out of route miles, fueling in network, cleanliness and care of equipment.
